2000 LMC shiny patch? Grease? Whats the cause?

    Hello. I found this 2000 Lincoln cent that has this strange area running north to south along approx the beard/jaw line that is actually smooth and reflective when angled correctly. Ive not come across this before. There is no real noticeable loss of detail in the area to say overpolished or area dtruck through grease but maybe thats what this is. I dont know. Any help?

    Shiny area seen in last 2 pics....

    Is the Spot on the design or the flat field of the coin?

    Na...last 2 photos....starts in his ear and goes south below it behind the beard. Its shiny like a mirror. Pics with the light in it are the 2 that show it. No way PMD or normal. At least not on the other bagillion cents ive inspected.....look at the last 2 pics...shiny...below ear

    If on the design I would think there was an issue with the planchet before the strike.
