2000 Lincoln lightning strike die break?

    It's a die crack, and lightening should be spelled "lightning".

    No, it is a die CRACK. People often use the two terms interchangeably but they are not the same thing. They mean exactly what they sound like. With a die crack, the die has cracked but it is still in one piece. With a die break a piece of the die has actually broken off, the die is now in two or more pieces.
