Errors are a growing thing lately. At coin shows I&#039;ve noticed some dealers selling almost all error coins exclusively. This all started with people writting books on error coins making the population aware of there existance. Also, the famous 55DD cent started the craze really big. If you check out that web site coppercoins.com or buy his book Looking through Lincolns, you&#039;ll see that there are error Cents for every year. That book made me go back an look at every coin I have or will ever have for errors. It appears an errror today is now just any coin that is in some way not like it is supposed to be.
