The Ty-2 issue is very scarce on both 1998 and 2000 dated cents</p><p> </p><p>So there is a 2000 WAM (Ty-1) where the designer's initials are far away from the building...so you can't always totally rely on the FG being close to memorial building for a Wide AM is what I am getting from reading that.
