The discolored side was in the wallet on the side where the sweat saturated the leather, discoloring the bill. I'm guilty of doing that to some of my bills, on a hot day with my wallet saturated with sweat on the side of the wallet closest to my body, in my back pocket.

 

The BEP does not use that color for anything. Spend it.
