Especially modern small sized notes, in such massive print runs and which were also widely collected (set aside in untouched packs) when new, that unless your example is also Uncirculated and preferably Gem, most paper collectors of such series of notes will simply wait to buy another one when one comes around. </p><p><br /></p><p>Some exceptions would be very small printages, certain short runs of a given signature, design feature changes (micro letters, wide and narrow aspects), error notes and the web press notes.
