I came across this at an auction. Not in the best of shapes as it has been in circulation but wondering what’s the value and popularity? Any information will help.

Looks like someone ran it through a copy machine or printer and printed copied bills on to that bill.

There is no way that could of occurred at the BEP!
Even the serial numbers that are copied $20.00's are not consecutive in any way. Someone took 3 $20's and placed them on a copy machine and ran the real $20.00 bill though it.
I hope you didn't pay too much for it.
    Not a real printing error.

If it was misrepresented in an auction, you should be able to get your money back.

I have been doing some research on photocopying money and everything I read says that copiers lockup and won’t scannor copy banknotes. Is that possible?
