Definitely a keeper as the bill looks sharp and crisp but it's so new it's only worth face or a few bucks over.
Condition is everything on modern notes. It's not crisp uncirculated (CU) and doesn't appear to be a scarce issue, so it's not very likely it will ever be worth much more than face value.
