Got 2 new Flavians at the Torex coin show last week. Just getting around to posting them here. I've always wanted a Domitian wolf and twin denarius but most are pretty rough and worn. This one is no exception but it is better than average. It'll do for now. Rated as common in RIC they're actually not that easy to find.

http://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-150515

RIC 961 Domitian denarius

CAESAR AVG F DOMITIANVS

Laureate head of Domitian right

COS V

Wolf and twins; in exergue boat

Rome, 77-78 AD

3.45g

RIC 961 (C2)

Ex-Calgary Coin

And I've always loved big Imperial portraits.
