Realistically, it's whatever someone is willing to pay for it. But that bill shouldn't go for anything less than $10, even in that condition. I don't have my currency price guide handy, but red seal * notes are always tough.
I do not necessarily agree with most of this. There are plenty of small size $2 USN’s on eBay. Many sell for less than $10, especially well worn problem notes. I have no idea who’s buying them, because you can get decent examples for under $25-$30. Do not trust a price guide on these.
