Hi, I got this 2 dollar bill in the bank and think I see an error or something near the collar of his shirt.

In my opinion, all I see is some minor ink spots and evidence of circulation.

Could be damage from the center folding crease.

Looks like the note has suffered some post-BEP trauma.

Too minimal to add any value, whether it is extra ink from the printing process or just a transfer. If it was a splatter from someone's pen, oops.
Welcome to CT if I haven't already said so. Have fun hunting.

Other than circulation damage it looks normal. If I had it, I'd spend it.

What about the small white marking below the collar of his shirt and above the four letters "FFER" in the name Jefferson? I included a picture of a normal 2 dollar bill (the last photo) and it doesn't have the same white marking.

Just a lack of ink in that area. It's right on a fold. Not worth any extra.
