#2 1884-S Morgan Dollar dipped, Help w/ grade MS/UNC, AU, or other?

    Hello all. This coin has been dipped at some point in its past. Do you think it would get a UNC Details, AU Details, or XF Details grade from PCGS/NGC?

    Also harshly cleaned. Not unusual with this date, as people tried to pass it off as uncirculated, for obvious reasons to gullible buyers. AU details.
