1C - Off Center - Improper Alloy Mix

not sure what it was but cool enough to buy it anyways for cheap. I bought 20 coins from this guy where I work at walmart. his father used to collect money for utility bill payments and got many weird and cool coins from all over the world. I bought them for cheap, but gave him fair market values on the ones I knew the values of in my catalogs. we both went away happy.
