This was coin #5 on my submission

NGC really needs to hire a second person to be a proof reader.

I don't see anything wrong with the label. It's the description that is questionable.

It happens - don't forget that 'normal' coins
just have the coin #1 on the tag, which automatically
gives the date, mm if any, denomination, etc.

Mint Error descriptions are entered by hand, so
it's 'human' error in addition to a Mint error.

 

Why? it is Multi Struck.. And it has a Brockage Indent.. It's correct
