Welcome to CT!! @furryfrog02 is correct. What you have is a 1999D LMC with what looks like die wear or possibly a grease filled die. This is what is making it look like a WAM. Notice how the right leg of the M is thicker than the left? If the left leg was as thick as it should be, it would be almost touching the A. Which makes it a CAM.
The space between the "A and M" and the "M and E" would be almost identical in a wide AM. Yours is not.
Don't forget the "A" in States. It would be centered between the "T"s on the WAM reverse. This one presents closer to the "T" to the right. This also makes it a CAM.
