it is, I can tell when I enlarge the photo both the am and the position on the fg tell me that it is. Better pics would confirm but from what I see you got one.

You have a shot, but need better photos to confirm. Maybe this will help you.

 

Another pickup point is if the A in STATES is perfectly centered between the two T's. From what I can see you have it.

Okay, quick question. Are wide AMs worth submitting?

 

Not 2000's or 1998 unless MS. 1999 yes. I would if I wanted to sell it, and it was MS63 or better.

I have a 1998, and 2 2000's. 1999 is scarce.

 

Tom is right unless you have a 1999 in MS or better dont waste your time.
