im guess it’s a proof someone tossed in the change pile long ago, it’s got some wear and lost that proof like shine for the most part. It’s still in great shape, what’s weird is that I’ve noticed it’s a Wide AM. I have a proof set of 1993 and sure enough it’s a close AM. Is this a fluke or was the 1999S meant to be a wide AM ?
Never mind, just did even more reading, one search actually led me back to this forum. All proofs are Wide Am, ‘93 they did some experimental things and that’s why mine is a CAM instead of a WAM.
