Please see the Back of the cent dead center. If a proff how did this cent make it out past quality control??? If an error I am thinking of sending it in. Thanks!

The toning on most of the reverse could be a shade that looks similar to the coin's original color - the center is a collaboration of all the toning colors leading up to the color that covers most of the coin. Nevertheless, it just looks like a typical case of proof toning after it was sealed up.
