Hi every1, got some good info on my 2017 p dime earlier so i decided to post my 99 p dime. I'm not sure on the type of error... strike through?...maybe?, anywho would appreciate help trying to figure it out. Hopefully the pics can give some idea of what's going on, kinda looks like Frank's wearing some nifty bi focals and has a leaf tattoo poking out from behind his ear...i dig it
