The doubling you see on this is from die deterioration. Basically the mint used the die more than it should have. Not an error for collecting.
Yes, In this instance there is zero need for the "better" photos, but posting good detailed photos when there is a variety involved is always needed. The photos taken by the OP. @jbreezy04 were more than plenty on the photo skills to tell what it is.
...I saw the multitudinous contact marks ( about a gazillion, btw ) and knew it was just a worn coin. @jbreezy04 ...you need a refresher course on "worthless doubling"...search for posts here on CT using those keywords and you will find several thousand examples, if not more.
