When the Mint released them, I bought a couple of the $25 bags for each mintmark. Out of the 200 Philly coins, I found almost 3 dozen that had multiple die cracks. One of the cracks originated in the same area as your specimen, continued to expand both left and right and eventually extended all the way to the rim at both ends.
