1999 Delaware Spitting horse quarter?

    Just found this quarter with a raised line from the horse mouth to the rim of the coin,

    If you say it's raised than it's a minor Die Dreak. That is what is referred to a the silly "spitting horse" which many have been seen.
    Nothing really major and no added high premium.
