    Very nice off center. They are more valuable when the date is showing. If t was me Id send it to NGC.

    Cool piece!

    The armored car folks seem to have the best opportunities for finding stuff like this. I once helped out in a coin shop and the owner showed me a big bag of off-center cents he'd bought off a fella who worked for Brinks or one of those companies.

    Yeah I think your right on the slabbing part actually, those scratches would prevent a higher grade.
