The word Doubled is only used for the Doubled Die variety terminology. If your Cent was struck twice then you would use the word Double and not Doubled. Remember that. I'm not seeing a Double Struck Cent. Especially a 1999 D over 1993 S which you claim to see.
I like your persistence. Only problem is that 1993 S and 1999 S Mint Cents were struck as Proof Coins not normal struck planchets for Circulation. The coin you are showing is definitely not a Proof Cent.
