1998 nickle is it rare ?

I have a nickle that is missing head features. It feels very smooth on the front even where there is detail in the ponytail.

I believe bipartisan politics was the culprit in that unwarranted act of violence.

 

Politics seem to be in play here so long as you're on the "right" side of things. That should be stated in the rules somewhere. Right wing politics and abusive comments allowed by GOLD members while others are not. Clarification is needed and enforced uniformly, not selectively.
