Most will scrutinise the entire coin as well as reading the post. Seeing the coin gives an insight to its condition, how it has been treated in it lifespan, and also to possibly see pick up points (die markers, die scratches etc) to confirm an opinion. A close-up is needed but It is probably a plating blister. It does not look like DDR-008 at VV…imo…Spark
