The edge was spooned or hammered.
Not a mint error.
If you look carefully you can see the reeding very slightly.
We used to do that as kids and drill out the center to make a ring.
OK then tell me this why is it bigger and thicker than normal quarter?
Because the damage that was done to it caused it to look that way.
You do not have a Mint Error.
Appear thicker maybe, but no evidence of "bigger" has been presented.
