Your coin has at least two of the die markers of stage B, http://varietyvista.com/01c LC Doubled Dies Vol 3/1997PDDO001 cent.htm the images are not clear enough to spot any others. Study your coin against those shown in the link and try to get some close ups of those die markers and post them.
I saw the marker above the 9 but it's my first doubled die ear and still cant believe i found one!! so I wanted to get other eyes on it, thank you. (New coin magnifying device comes tomorrow)
