I brought it to a guy who owns a comic book/trading card/coin shop and at first he said that they issued about a dozen of the 2 coin 1996 coin sets. Then I told him he was wrong and he went in the back of the shop and came back up front and said that it has to be a set that someone had these spare set pieces laying around and these coins so they just put them together in one set. I asked what he would give me for the coins and he said about $30 a set.

Now my question is this: Does anyone know if the official 2 coin sets had one COA including two coins or two separate ones for each coin. That would help me a lot in determining whether or not this is a set the mint issued and maybe didn't record or something entirely different as that is one of the points the guy at the collectible store made. He basically shrugged the set off though which bothered me a bit as from what I was reading the individual High Jump dollar can go from $300-400 dollars. IF this was a mocked up set then the coin and COA is for the individual coin and worth more money. Please tell me if I'm wrong as i am obviosley new to coin collecting.
