1995-W Proof ASE Question

I personally have not been a member to either TPG for years now. I wanted to have a coin graded and asked my friend to send it in. He called me after he sent his and my coins in and said there's a surcharge . I do know he didn't know that until after PCGS received the coins. Because if he did he wouldn't of sent them in to begin with .
The service he sent the coins in should of cost me well under $50. I gave him $95.00 He showed me the invoice , and we been Friends and done business for years. That said no matter if I seen the invoice or not I trust this person 100%. He not going to try and take me for $50!
