I see a worn coin with circulation marks, some of which vaguely resemble letters. Ask yourself an important question each time you come across a coin that looks unusual. "How could this happen during the minting process"? Why would they put letters on the die with a different font size there. And, if the impossible were to happen, where are the countless thousands of other coins that would also have this?
It's just plating bubbles that happen to look like something. Ask yourself - under what circumstances would or could the mint possibly produce letters that tiny? There aren't any. (@expat beat me to it)
