1995 P nickel, improperly annealed or environmental damage?

    Need a photo of the edge.
    The rim/edge is a key marker with improperly annealed, but off hand it just looks like the other E.D.

    Environmental damage.
    Improperly annealed, the rim will be clean, and there will still be luster on the coin.
    This coin is just rusted/ probably was in the ground at one point.
