I have this dime and trying to do research on it with no luck. It's a 1995 p dime which looks like two sides of a dime sandwiching a penny (around entire perimeter is missing) has anyone seen anything like this before?

It has been soaked in acid. The acid attacks the copper faster than the coppernickel layers so the copper center gets smaller and the coppernickel layers start extending out beyond it. makes it look like an "Oreo" cookie.

That would actually be.. Missing the Reeded Edge, not missing brim.
