1995 P dime collar error

Is this a bilateral split collar? It looks like the 1967 dime mike diamond says is a bilateral split collar. I need help.

I do not see evidence of a bilateral split collar. There should be lumps on the edge of the coin where the collar split

 

I do see a small collar clash @ TY

 

I do see very small indications that it may be a clash on the collar as shown in my example
