1995 nickel struck on clipped planchet

    I found this roll searching. I've never come across a clipped coin before, so please verify that this is the real deal (it looks like it to me) and not PMD. Also, though I'm not selling it, what would this be worth in this circulated condition. I'm guessing about 4 to 5 bucks....is that about right?
