1995 Doubled Die penny found in change!

I was shopping at Target this week looking for bed sheets and found this 1995 Doubled Die Penny in my pocket change! I was thrilled to find it. This is a first for me!

Not to take away from a very cool find, but I'm sort of surprised how inexpensive these are compared to the other similar doubled die cents. Is there any sort of population estimates?
