    Environmental damage to the coin. Looks like it spent some time in the ground.

    20210620_080840(1).jpg I have metal detected thousands of Cupronickel clad coins just like yours. And yours has a bit of corrosion on the IGWT
    It's just environmental exposure toning damage. Not a mint error of any kind.
    It occurs on nickels also made of Cupronickel
    Here are examples I have found over the years..
