DDO large date with over greased 1995 missing 9 and 5 also die chip at bottom right of bust.
    REVERSE: full steps, close AM

Die deterioration with a slight ridge ring, and a grease filled die.

Yes to a greaser coin but it just minted by a worn die.

Full steps are typically for Jefferson nickels, not really a cent thing. Good photos.

I have seen other say this about FS on a cent.
For me full step on a LMC is very much a "thing" to help evaluate weather or not a coin has a good strike and is a keeper when the choice presents itself.
Also a good place to look for the amount of circulation wear and hit marks for grading just like a nickel.
Most of us know about Nickels and the FS designation for them only.
