I won the auction for $23, and asked if he had more. He indicated he had 00000312,00000412,00000512, and so on up to 00000912. I offered $15 each, he countered with $20, and we setteled on $17.50 each. Keep in mind these were raw notes, BUT from a dealer, (Jim at Tickle your Fancy) that I have bought from before and trusted. You might want to find his website, and shoot him an email and ask his opinion also.
