1994 P Washington Quarter-Error on Reverse Wreath?

    Hi guys,

    I have this 1994 P Washington Quarter and see that there is a die crack on the reverse along with extra metal slightly protruding off the wreath and leaves on the right and left side. Can someone explain what this is please?
