1994 not DDR but DDO?

    What are your thoughts. This is the first of these I have seen. Double the 4 and shadow nines and the Des wow two times? Would anyone verify this for me? 1498086574630307828886.jpg

    rickmp Frequently flatulent.

    That's split plate doubling with some zinc rot.
    It's very common and not an error.

    The inside of the 4 and both 9's show a progression.
    starting with the first nine.
    Also,the die is early to mid, but I think the split plate doubling isn't caused by the die, It's caused by the chase that the die follows.
    I don't mind putting these in rolls. But only, if they aren't showing signs of rot.
