1994 double die obverse. Possibly? Help please!

I have two coins here and my question is are these possibly double die obverse?

    That is the reverse. Where do you see doubling?

    Normal to me too. Also could be grease on the steps or worn segment of the die?

    I believe the vertical lines on the columns are by design.

    Correct - look at any other memorial cent, and you will see the same thing.
