1994 Dime- Errors?

    Fun coin. Is it very common to find two coins that were struck from the same capped die?

    I think there are instances of such. One of the error sites has some photos showing how a coin stuck on the die and being repeatedly struck on successive coins. It gets progressively thinner until it almost disappears or becomes dislodged, with the struck coins details becoming clearer.
