I'm going threw my pennies today, and I do need it confirmed, please. The mint mark is doubled or I believe it is also a die crack on the obverse side

Looks like PMD and rot on a zinc cent.

The mints stopped hand punching mint marks in 1989. Since 1990 mint marks are part of the die. It's impossible to have a 1994 D RPM.

While impossible to have a 1994 cent RPM, it absolutely is possible for a mintmark on post 1989 cents to show legit "doubling" (think 1995-D DDO1). However, this would be a doubled die.

    Unfortunately your coin is neither.
