Here we have another pocket change fine receive this at the grocery store this morning circulated 1994 P quarter dollar on overs this COIN shows signs of a of out of collar strike this is only in my observation the strike impression is deep up to the die break where the corner of the die fractured off causing the area along the impression groove to fill in with metal and since it cannot be considered a cud under definition it must be a rim chip this is only my observation and could possibly be wrong but the photos tell me that this is a stress hammer die which is started fracturing along the edge everyone please enjoy the photos
