1993 penny lamination error?

Could this be a lamination error? It looks like it is peeling but it’s not scratched up like it has been run over or smashed.

    Copper Plated Cents suffer this when the copper is exposed and the Zinc gets the elements exposure..
    Not a mint error not a Lamination

    I would think lawn mower / wood chipper type error. Like, oops, I dropped it and mowed it over type error.

    Where did you find it ?

    Just a cool looking coin that has Post mint damage aka PMD. Still cool looking imo but not worth anything more then 1 cent.
