1993 penny lamination error?

I’m new at this. Could this be a lamination error? It looks like it is peeling but it’s not scratched up like it has been run over or smashed.

It's just corrosion/damage. Welcome to CT.

 

Copper Plated Cents suffer this when the copper is exposed and the Zinc gets the elements exposure..
Not a mint error not a Lamination

 

I would think lawn mower / wood chipper type error. Like, oops, I dropped it and mowed it over type error.

Where did you find it ?

Just PMD. Not a mint error.

 

Just a cool looking coin that has Post mint damage aka PMD. Still cool looking imo but not worth anything more then 1 cent.
