1993 P Dime Offcenter?

    Hi Folks, Thanks again for the last input. Here' 1993 P Dime Offcenter 1.JPG s another one that I probably all ready know the answer to, but I'm too afraid of making my own decisions yet!
    Anyhow, it is offcenter, and there seems to be a clod under his nose, plus what looks like a fault above the nose.
    I was going to see if I could clean the booger off, but I wasn't sure what to use or how to get him to blow.
    Also, I think I screwed up when I attached the files, please forgive.

    I find that Puffs are the best because they contain lanolin that doesn't chafe the nose.

    It's a very slight misaligned die strike. It is so slight as to be worth only face value. It is not an off center strike.

    As stated, that is a misaligned die. Very common on dimes. Not worth a premium.
