    Collecting Nut Borderline Hoarder

    An Off Center strike and a Broadstruck coin are very close. When I first saw it, Off Center flashed in my mind instantly. Then the no Reeding issue came up and I thought I had made a mistake. It’s best to have them in hand in order to determine which it is.
