1992 P Washington Quarter Reverse Triple MD?

First time I have seen what appears to be a triple strike in places, but fits the description of machine doubling, shelf like. Help me please!

I know you have posted some threads in the past in which you've acknowledged that they are machine doubling. You've done the same, here. So, I'm not sure what help you need. What am I missing/

I haven't see it tripled before and not certain if this is machine doubling or some other type of strike.

 

Still MD. The die bounced twice causing the other ledge. Nice pictures.
