Why does it bother me? Let me tell you! I believe it's important that CT gives accurate information to new collectors. They hear one thing from you and something else from most of the other members and have no idea which is right. They don't know you from Fred Weinberg. IMO it just adds confusion. There is nothing wrong with you answering posts. In fact, please continue. Just make sure you know what you're talking about. This isn't the first time you've done this. Take the time to give the absolute best information to new members, even if it means doing a little research before posting (I frequently do this). And if you're not sure but still feel the need to respond, just qualify it with a "best guess" comment. You'll build a lot more credibility by posting correct information than you will posting the wrong info. I'm not trying to pick on you, just trying to help you learn and grow. I started in this hobby when I was young and was running small ads in Coins magazine and other publications when I was your age. I remember how I was treated by some of those "Old Guys" at the local coin clubs and coin shops and it wasn't nice. Make sure you're building your numismatic credibility, not ruining it by giving incorrect info and then acting like it's no big deal. Just my opinion for you to think about. Others may disagree, but I'm only trying to help.
